Especially baking with sourdough starter and writing long and complex books. You need time for them. Devil’s Food Carrot Cake Full of Nuts

And full of carrots. It is a carrot cake, after all. This careful balance of the sweet vegetable, walnuts and, one standard orange has only one result: a fluffy dark sponge full of aroma and taste. This treat can have a unique dark color due to the high amount of nuts, wholemeal flour, and spices and it doesn’t look like a typical orange carrot cake. Avoid too much cinnamon and cocoa to keep the carrot color.
